Each week we provide video content to teach you WHY each step within this protocol supports your gut health and how to apply it.

The protocol is broken into 4 phases:

EDUCATION
We believe that understanding the ‘why’ is essential motivate you to do the practical elements of the course. In this first step we will help you to understand how your gut works, why gut health matters, and how to recognise the signs and symptoms that your gut needs support.

FOUNDATION 
Before getting into the nitty gritty, we need to lay a solid foundation. We start by nailing down the basics: good nutrition, sleep, movement, fibre and hydration. These are the fundamentals of a healthy gut.

Now that we have a good foundation, it’s time for optimisation. Gut health isn’t only about what you eat. When and how you eat can be just as important. Beyond diet, you’ll learn how to optimise your gut-brain connection to for better gut health and mental health.

Your gut microbiome is the star of the show. Every step in this roadmap plays a role in supporting the health of your gut microbiome. Now it’s time to take it one step further and nourish your gut bugs with specific foods that FEED your good gut bacteria and increase diversity.
