Does it matter where I live? I am based in [country], can I still join the course?This course can be done anywhere in the world. All you need is a laptop/mobile phone and a stable internet connection and you should be set to join. Information around testing and supplements will be provided within your own country as needed.

When will the group calls be held?They will be run via Zoom, and the time will alternative (12:00pm NZST and 6:30pm NZST). This allows for different schedules and for participants living in the northern hemisphere to participate. If you can't make the calls, they will be recorded and available to play back at anytime that suits you.

How to I ask questions and when will they be answered?You can ask Chrystie questions through the online forum at anytime, and they will be answered Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 5:00pm NZT. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to ask questions during the group calls.

Does this course include testing?Testing is not included in the price. However, Chrystie will recommend testing if she feels it is appropriate for your situation and will provide information where you can order at-home tests within your country, as well as provide interpretation of the results and treatment recommendations.

Will the receipes be suitable for vegans and vegetarians?Yes, there will be recipes and meal plans available for vegans and vegetarians.

How much time do I need?The weekly lives will be 60 minutes, and you will need around 60 minutes per week to cover the course material. Don't worry if you fall behind though! Many aspects of the course like handouts and meal plans are downloadable, so you will have acess to these forever. The weekly lives will be recorded too, so you can watch these when you get time.

Do I need a computer to access the course?You can access this from anywhere and on any device! So long as you have a web browser and an internet connection you can access this from any device you like. The course portal is accessible via an app that you can download on your phone or access on your computer.
