In case we haven't met yet, I'm Chrystie, Clinical Nutritionist, gut health guru and poo whisperer.

Is this plan suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

At this stage, no. Although the basic principles of the plan could be adopted by a vegetarian, the majority of the recipes are not suitable. If you're a vegetarian or vegan looking for gut health nutrition advice, you're best to work with me 1:1. 

Does the plan include supplements?

Do I need to start on a specific date?
